Why there are no viruses for OS X?
- OS X is built on UNIX. UNIX was a multi user system with a security architecture built into it at the beginning. WINDOWS came from a single user architecture with security and multi user capability as an after thought.
- UNIX had networking built into it from the beginning, again in Windows this was bolted in at a later date.
- Windows built Internet Explorer into the O/S at a very deep level, and allowed code execution within the browser. In OS X the browser is a completely separate application, its not a integral part of the OS. IMHO, this is the fundamental screw-up Microsoft made, as they created so many hooks into which someone can attack the OS.
- In earlier Windows everything ran as the system user, so the capability to compromise an entire system was easier. (see reason 1)

This is due to the fact some drivers are missing.
To solve this problem (and some keyboard functions including ejecting a disk), all you have to do is:
- Boot on Bootcamp
- Insert Leopard’s DVD once Vista started
- This will automatically begin installation of the Boot Camp 2.0 drivers

Eight new “Get a Mac” ads are available at Apple.com.
“Get a Mac” ads are getting more aggressive (in the message behind the ads: Apple is clearly trying to take advantage of Vista’s disaster, which is logical) than ever.
Especially the new “Off the Air” (and “Throne”), in which the Mac Genius announces to the PC , they’re helping switchers easily transfer their files from their old PC to their brand new Mac.
Even, retired Bill Gates will probably be back in a $300 million ad campaign featuring Jerry Seinfeld.
The goal is to counter “Get a Mac” ads.

Black as a NeXT Station, this “All in One” computer by Averatec is a clone of the iMac (but it’s a PC), sold for around $1,200 it has an LCD 22″ screen an Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4 GHz.
It comes with a Family Premium license of MS Windows Vista… Awful…
And if you take a look at it behind, you’ll see how ugly this thing is (after the jump).

After Vista’s “improvements“… Microsoft is using their photocopiers more than they ever did for the latest version of their inOperating System!
Incredible isn’t it???

Here’s a new product, made in Japan, as you can see, it’s a printed toilet paper, but when you take a closer look, you can see the print is the famous Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD), in Japanese, Microsoft is specialized in, with it’s super buggy Operating System!

I wrote them briefly in this discussion.
You can read them with more accuracy on Apple’s website, here.
Nothing about Apple TV.. Those results are probably the results of:
- the iPhone Buzz
- Vista’s catastrophic performances (that won’t last)
- Leopard…

Take a look at this super cool video while we’re talking about the Ultimate version of this OS…
