It is now possible to make Tiger looks like Leopard by applying a ShapeShifter theme called Liger!
As you can see it the results are very close to the original (especially the menubar transparency and the dock background) the author of this theme uploaded a video on how to install it on YouTube.com (video available after the jump).

Circle Six Blog published a great post (that is quiet old) that outlines Brett’s workflow for designing WordPress themes locally on a Mac.
He also lists a number of useful apps for making your dreams come true.
I found this site: “iPhone World” in which you can download an iPhone theme for almost all the mobile phone brands (I already installed the Symbian S60 theme in my Nokia 6680 and it looks great):
You can also download from that blog the iPhone ringtones (as heard at the WWDC’06) and a total of 8 gorgeous remixes.
