If you have a Facebook account you may already have heard of the iLike service (songs dedications to your friends, free mp3 downloads etc..). But you also can “scrobble” songs like you used to with Last.fm, letting people know the recent tracks you’ve heard.

It seems this service still doesn’t work with Leopard (because it used to in Tiger).

Hope there will be a fix soon (we will post it as soon as it’s available).

I just have been emailed by the iLike, Inc. and it seems the sidebar is now Leopard ready, I did take a look at my Facebook profile and it seems the info is correct, that’s why I changed the title of this post.

Would like to thank iLike, Inc. for their reactivity and for correcting the info by fixing the Leopard issue “a week ago”.

How to Access the SoulSeek Network?

Soulseek is a file-sharing (also called Peer to Peer or ‘P2P’) application and network used mostly to exchange music, although users are able to share a variety of files. It was created by Nir Arbel, a former Napster programmer. Like Napster, it relies on a central server.
Soulseek hosts user-created chat rooms. Most rooms are dedicated to musical styles or geographical regions.
Soulseek has a diverse mix of music, including underground and independent artists and unrealesed music such as demos and live tracks

Many applications for Mac allows you to access that “music dedicated” network, but which one to choose?
