As much as I love Apple as a company, I can’t stand how they don’t even follow their own “Interface Guidelines” sometimes.
Well I’ve had it with them and their need to have iTunes on Windows being an excuse for the interface that it uses.
And the fact that it doesn’t share resources with Finder.app and other application on the Mac.
I’ve taken it upon myself to Aquafy (if thats even a term) iTunes for improved usability while not sacrificing any features that other modifications do, or performance.
My modification is simply a hacked iTunes (read iTunes not system file!) resource file. It’s modified with buttons and resources of those found on Leopard. This tutorial will allow Moto V3i users (like myself) to increase the iTunes number of allowed songs from 50 to 100 songs.
I’m writing this post to keep the link in a “safe” place. I didn’t try it yet, I still haven’t find the time/patience/piece of mind to use a Win based computer. I’ll do it as soon as possible.
Go here for the tutorial.
