The beta version Apple is seeding to developer comes with a bundled application that will allow you to that.

What you need is a jailbroken 1.1.4 iPhone (with the BSD Subsystem, OpenSSH, and Boss Prefs installed), a Mac with an FTP application (like Cyberduck or Transmit) and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
- On your iPhone, start Boss Prefs and enable SSH
- On your iPhone still, go to Preferences>Wifi (assumed to be connected to your home network for example), then on the active Wi-Fi connection click the blue arrow and get the IP address
- Open your FTP application and configure it this way:
- Hostname (or server): the iPhone’s IP address
- Username: root
- Password: alpine
- File Protocol: SFTP
Hit “connect” and after a few seconds you’re connected to your iPhone!

It would be better to turn OFF SSH from BossPrefs’ from your iPhone after you finish.
