If you’re a frequent visitor of MacAmour, you may have read many posts on an Open Source application called QuickSilver. A mix between a Spotlight, Finder, Terminal but most of us are using it like a launcher in OS X.
But if you’re a user of QuickSilver you may also know the developer claimed the project has been discontinued since 2007.
But there’s a wind of hope in the air. While another developer trying to clean up QS’s code to make it faster; the original author of this amazing tool is working on a new version of QS!

Download the latest version of QuickSilver here.
You’ll notice the last version has some new features nobody heard about like Quick Look support!
The last update is version beta 56; june 25th.

Bonus: Nicholas Jitkoff’s (author of QS) conference at Google explaining QuickSilver!
You’ll find the video after the jump.
