I tried Safari4 for about an hour. I reverted. I found these gripes (using MacOSX 10.5.6):

1. Very painfully slow both on startup and during rendering/page changeup.

2. Non-intuitive Top Pages interface: couldn't handle my https//mail.google.com gmail page (a very frequently used - Top! - page): no straightforward easy-to-find help file on how to install a page of ones choice among the listed 9 during the "edit"

3. Doesn't allow use of Inquisitor, hence, no alternative search engines.
