See The Content of an Archive with QuickLook

QuickLook is one of the great Leopard’s new features. As you already know, it enables you to view the content of a file (.pdf, images, Office Documents, iWork files and more) without having to launch the application itself (like the super heavy Adobe applications).
Today, I discovered a plugin that will enable you to preview the content of almost all the archives format with QuickLook. This plugin (BetterZip Quick Look Generator 1.1) is as easy to install as a QuickTime Player component (by dragging and dropping the plugin file into /Library/QuickLook/).
No need to extract the whole archive to see if the file you’ll looking for is there anymore! Just hit the space bar!
Here’s an example of an archive (WordPress 2.3.1) viewed with QuickLook:

And you know what? It’s FREE!
