Remove Applications from .mac’s iSync DataBase (part 2)

It seems the only solution to fix the problem to remove the extra client registration (that you don’t use anymore) like Yojimbo (in my case) is to use a terminal command prompt to completely unregister all clients and effectively zero your local synchronization framework…
Enter this string in the Terminal application, log out and log back in:
killall SyncServer syncuid; rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/SyncServices

Prior to executing this command, you must quit all sync-aware applications, including Mail, the Address Book, iCal, any Mark/Space or other third-party synchronization applications, Entourage, Yojimbo and so on.
This won’t affect the data store for each application, device or server, so your synchronization data itself will remain intact.
These processes are not controlled by .Mac, but rather by the ‘invisible’ synchronization framework on your local machine. Here is a link to a developer document which provides a background on the technology.
It’s the only away (it seems) to fix the remaining client registration entries like:
com.barebones.yojimbo.yojimbodata
com.chronos.Notes
com.Chronos.SOHOKeywords
com.markspace.calllog.calls
com.markspace.sms.messages
