I would be so happy if it turned out this way. I love the iphone, but would never use it. I already have a phone and plan anyway. My ipod on the otherhand has been beaten up pretty bad. I’m getting the next gen, so here is to hoping.
This illustration sounds really realistic indeed, and the designer didn’t forget to put a “bluetooth” icon (hope it will be an airport one for the next gen), the wireless sync is really missing in the iPod.
Touch Screen and that “rotation sensor” don’t know if it’s possible.. because I think they will decrease the iPod life time..
An iPod with half the features of the iPhone will sell well. I use my iPod over a Nano due to the size of the hard-drive. If an iPod like the above came out, then I sure as hell would buy one.

itouch is very cool…..but……it does have some letdowns. First no streaming anything period.
second…no games or time killers of any type
third. Utube ca only be viewed one way…..no flipping like web or music view….lastly… Even with a strong wi-fi connection. Connectivity is touch and go at
best. Hoping they will address these issues in the near future…..in closing. I will say itouch is one of the coolest tech toys this year. Just needs some tweeking. 3 out 4 stars
